Return & Exchange Policy

Size Exchange Available

If you receive the wrong size or need a different size, we offer a size exchange subject to stock availability. The exchange request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return/Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

– The shoes must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
– All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
– The request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
– Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

– Shoes that have been worn, used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
– Products returned without original packaging.
– Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
– Sale, clearance, or discounted items.

Used shoes will not be accepted for return or refund under any circumstances.

Damaged or Wrong Product Claims

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

– Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– A clear unboxing video is mandatory for verification.
– Claims without an unboxing video may not be approved.

After verification, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

– Wrong product delivered.
– Product received in damaged condition (verified through unboxing video).
– Order cancelled before shipment.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Charges

– Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
– Customers may be responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the error was on our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
