This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules made thereunder, including the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, which require publication of terms of use, privacy policy, and related policies. This electronic record does not require any physical or digital signature.

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website do1go.in and all associated services (the “Platform”), operated by Shakeb Alam, trading as M/S DO1GO (“DO1GO”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a proprietorship registered under GSTIN 09EANPA9529M1ZZ and Udyam Registration No. UDYAM-UP-07-0116256. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Platform.

  1. Eligibility

Only persons who are competent to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 may use or transact on this Platform.

If you are a minor, you may access or use the Platform only through your parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for such use and bound by these Terms on your behalf.

If you represent a company, partnership, or proprietorship, you confirm that you are duly authorised to act on its behalf.

  1. Use of the Website

By using the Platform, you agree that you will:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information while registering or placing an order;
  • Not use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
  • Not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to damage the Platform’s functionality or security;
  • Not copy, reproduce, scrape, or misuse the Platform’s content, images, logos, designs, or other intellectual property without prior written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

  1. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, colours, sizes, and other details displayed on the Platform are accurate.

However, minor variations in colour, texture, finish, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen/device settings, or manufacturing characteristics; such variations shall not be treated as defects.

Product availability and sizes are subject to stock.

  1. Prices & Taxes

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or product errors, and to change prices, offers, or promotions at any time without prior notice; such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

  1. Order Placement & Acceptance

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate name, mobile number, email address, billing address, shipping address, and payment information.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase, and is deemed accepted only once confirmed by DO1GO (via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other channel).

DO1GO reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept, decline, or cancel any order — including for reasons such as product unavailability, pricing/description errors, suspected fraud, incorrect customer information, or delivery restrictions — without liability to the customer beyond refund of amounts paid.

  1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible and the customer must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

If DO1GO cancels an order after payment is received, the eligible amount will be refunded through the original payment method within a reasonable time.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.

DO1GO does not store your complete card, UPI, or banking credentials.

Payment processing is subject to the terms of the respective payment service provider, and DO1GO is not responsible for payment failures caused by banks, gateways, or network issues.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Where available, DO1GO may contact the customer to verify a COD order before dispatch.

We reserve the right to restrict or disable COD for specific customers, locations, or orders based on order history or verification outcomes.

A COD convenience fee may apply where stated at checkout.

  1. Title and Taxes

Title to the products shall pass to the customer upon dispatch of the order.

As stated in Section 5, applicable taxes are included in the displayed price and are borne by the customer as part of the total payable amount at checkout.

  1. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the estimated processing period stated on the Platform.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays, incomplete/incorrect addresses, remote locations, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once handed to the courier partner, delivery is subject to the courier’s operational timelines.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate address and a reachable contact number.

  1. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, available on the Platform.

Products must generally be returned unused, undamaged, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to reject a return/exchange that does not meet the applicable eligibility conditions.

  1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request photos, videos, or other information to investigate, and will provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including the DO1GO name and logo, product photographs, designs, graphics, text, videos, and overall website design — is owned by or licensed to DO1GO, unless stated otherwise.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without our prior written permission.

  1. Third-Party Services & Links

The Platform may use or link to third-party services such as payment gateways, courier partners, analytics providers, and communication platforms.

Your use of such services is also subject to their respective terms, and DO1GO is not responsible for their content, security, or performance.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the Platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee the Platform will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure, and may temporarily suspend it for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DO1GO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform or products.

DO1GO’s total liability, where applicable, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

  1. Fraud & Scam Awareness

DO1GO will never contact you asking for advance payments, extra charges, or any financial transaction after your order has been placed.

Please do not respond to such calls, messages, or phishing attempts.

If you encounter suspicious activity, report it to the National Cyber Crime Helpline (1930) or at cybercrime.gov.in, and inform us at do1go36512@gmail.com.

  1. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

  1. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, complaints or grievances relating to orders, payments, refunds, returns, or use of the Platform may be addressed to:

Response Time: We will acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve them within 1 month of receipt.

If unresolved within this period, you may approach the appropriate consumer dispute redressal forum under applicable law.

DO1GO may update these Terms from time to time.

The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

  1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to consumer rights under applicable law, any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh.

  1. Entire Agreement & Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DO1GO regarding your use of the Platform.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
